Telehealth leader Hims & Hers Health has reported a significant data breach involving stolen support tickets from a third-party customer service platform. Discovered on February 5, 2026, the breach allowed unauthorized access to customer queries between February 4 and February 7. While no medical records were compromised, personal information, including names and contact details, may have been exposed.
The breach was linked to the ShinyHunters extortion gang, who gained access through compromised Okta SSO accounts, targeting various cloud services. Hims & Hers is now offering a year of free credit monitoring to affected customers and advises vigilance against phishing attempts and suspicious account activity.
